Moving to a new phone
Carlitos has no account, so your bills move with a backup file.
- On your old phone, open Settings and tap Make a backup file. Save it somewhere your new phone can reach, like your cloud drive or email.
- On your new phone, install Carlitos, open Settings and tap Restore from a backup, then pick the file.
Restoring replaces the bills already on that phone, so do it before adding new ones.
I paid a bill by mistake
Tap Undo on the message that pops up right after. Later on, open the bill from your list and mark it unpaid.
Changing paydays or currency
Both live in Settings. Changing your paydays regroups your bills under the new ones.
What do the leaf colors mean?
Green is due later this payday, yellow in 2 or 3 days, orange today or tomorrow, and brown is left over from last payday. Settings → Guide explains the rest.
Starting over
Open Settings and tap Delete everything. This erases every bill and payment on the phone, so make a backup first if you might want them back.
Carlitos Plus
Plus opens when the app launches. Once it does:
- Cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, under Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
- Got a new phone? Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, then tap Restore purchase on the Carlitos Plus screen.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, under their policies.
Your data
Everything stays on your phone. We can’t see your bills, and can’t recover them if the app is deleted without a backup. The Privacy Policy has the details.
